I'm Label-Free
truth and authenticity

Visually, the first thing that may be seen about me is my coily locs and my rich brown skin. A speedy conclusion may lend itself to beleive-in the stereotype (based on ones own experiences and influences).

*LOOK! Don't be deceived by appearances - men and things are not what they seem. All who are not on the rock are in the sea!

When given a sincere opportunity to allow expression, only then will there be an invitation to my sea, the bigger part of me, beyond what you think you see.

*Most things are judged by thier jackets. They do not pass for what they are, but for what they seem!

The furthest thing from the truth is that people can be categorized by appearances. A total untruth. A part of caterizing untruth is to call it a name and give it a label.

*The important thing is not what others think of me, but what I think of myself.

...in short, not only are things not what they seem, they are not even what they are called! Let experiences, joys and passions define themselves.

-Namaste'

Sun Salutations

Greet each and every day with a warming salute to the Sun (an essential provider of life) by repeating a series of flowing poses.  The most familiar of asana sequences, Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is as rich in symbolic and mythic overtones as it is in physical benefits.

One of the means of honoring the sun is through the dynamic asana sequence Surya Namaskar, better known as Sun Salutation). The Sanskrit word namaskar stems from namas, which means "to bow to" or "to adore." (The familiar phrase we use to close our yoga classes, namastete means "you"—also comes from this root.) Each Sun Salutation begins and ends with the joined-hands mudra (gesture) touched to the heart. This placement is no accident; only the heart can know the truth.

The eight basic postures, in order of performance, are: (see image above)

1.       Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
2.       Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute)
3.       Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)
4.       Lunge
5.       Plank Pose
6.       Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose)
7.       Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog Pose)
8.       Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose)

The transition from posture to posture is facilitated by either an inhalation or an exhalation. As you move through the sequence, watch your breath closely. Slow your pace or stop and rest entirely if your breathing becomes labored or shuts down altogether. Always breathe through your nose, not your mouth: Nasal breathing filters and warms incoming air and slows your breathing down, thereby lending the sequence a meditative quality and reducing the risk of hyperventilation.

Remember, this is only a half-round; you'll need to repeat the sequence, switching left to right and right to left to complete a full round. If you're just starting out, it might help to work on the poses individually before you put them together

Launch your practice slowly with three to five rounds, gradually building up to 10 or 15. If this seems like a lot, remember that the traditional number of rounds is 108, which may take you more than a few weeks to work up to. You can pace the sequence briskly to generate heat and cleanse the body-mind, or more moderately to create a moving meditation.

The goal is to practice, not to be perfect.   Nature will handle that.  Namaste’

The Law of Attraction

There is so much to say about the subject of attraction and the laws that surround it.  If you look at it in these few ways, you might get a better understanding of how it works.  Even though we desire something, or want something, we won’t fully get it simply because it is just a passing thought.  It requires a bit more work than just the asking.

1.       It requires a full set of conscious thoughts to create an action plan to achieve any perspective goal.  This means, planning, sorting-out, realizing the end results and making a physical move towards that goal.  When you begin to utilize all of the above efforts, something changes in the way of making a thought transform into a reality.

Example:  when you write something down, it requires you to first think of what you want to write.  Then you get something to write with and on.  Then you have to tell the brain to make your hand move to put your thoughts on paper. Then your eyes visually see that you have written (verifying your thought).

2.       There are universal vibrations that go along with your thoughts.  When you are focused and clearly thinking of what you want and making strides towards it, the universe tends to draw like-minded individuals together (or persons that share that common thought).  Just as in music, there are harmonious tones that works well together and sounds perfect in pitch… there are different levels of vibration frequencies’ that blend well and complement each other.  It’s like building a house and teaming up with other construction workers that shares a common goal.  Common things are drawn to each other, which usually promotes growth.  Protect your portals by not allowing any outside influences side-track your destiny.

Example:  You may have heard the expression ‘misery loves company’; well the same applies to success.  Success is attracted to success.  You will not find a very successful person in continuous company of failures, losers, and dead-beats.  That is not a trait of a successful person, nor should it be the trait of obtaining your goal.

3.       Put your future in the present.  Live your dream today as if you already have what you are asking or wishing for.  Imagine yourself already being the person that you wish to become.  Live it as though it is happening today.   Own it!

Example: ‘Fake it til’ you make it’ is an expression that comes to mind.  This means just do it.  All resources that you need, will come to surface to get the job done, you just have to be present.  For instance, if you have a goal of vacationing on an island, put into your consciousness the feeling of being surrounded by water, smell the ocean, hear the island sounds, taste the island food, walk through the island villa with sand still attached to the bottom of your feet… etc…

In essence, to attract the things you want, surround yourself with it (mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically, and spiritually).  There is no doubt that we manifest our own destinies through what we think and what we do.  Attract good by doing good, and GOOD will follow.   This is a very brief overview (not in its entirety) to begin an understanding of attracting what we desire through a few basic laws.

Basically, seeing 11:11 is a trigger point of awareness.
You're starting to awaken to your fullest potential,
to who you truly are!
ONENESS

11:11 is said to be a pre-encoded trigger placed in our cellular memory banks prior to our descent into matter which when activated, signifies that our time of completion and ascension is near. It is believed that one knows when this particular gateway opens for them by continually seeing the numbers 11:11 in their everyday lives as a continuous occurrence. Activation of other gateways may be symbolized by other digits.

You will experience a sudden awakening after which reality is never the same. You are going to create clarity, healing and balance for yourself. Do not expect others in your life to be on this journey with you. It is yours alone as it is for most souls. You will have to seek new friends of like mind who are also being triggered by the digits. Once you open the Digital Door, there is no going back. Your soul will automatically and quickly move you from level to level of experience until you 'get it'. Your consciousness is expanding and therefore you will, manifest faster and with greater comprehension, becoming more aware of the meaning of synchronicities that will become more and more frequent. They are created by your soul to help you remember that you are a soul spark in a physical program that is about to end, evolve back to higher consciousness.

"11:11 - Journey into Oneness" What is the 11:11? A TRIGGER OF REMEMBRANCE:
For many years the numbers 11:11 have been mysteriously appearing to millions of people all over the world. Often appearing on digital clocks, the sightings of 11:11 tend to occur during time of heightened awareness, having a most powerful effect on those seeing them. Each time we see the numbers 11:11, our cellular memory banks are further activated. There's a stirring deep inside, a hint of remembrance of something long forgotten. The appearance of 11:11 is a powerful confirmation that we are on the right track, aligned with the Greater Reality.

Repeated sightings of 11:11 have happened to millions throughout the world. Many want to know why this is happening? What does the 11:11 signify?

When the 11:11 appears to you, it is your wake-up call. A direct channel opens up between you and the Greater Reality. The 11:11 is an insertion point for the Greater Reality to enter the present moment. When this happens, it is time to stop whatever you are doing and LOOK LARGER. A transfer is in position. You can enter the Greater Reality and travel deeper into the Invisible. You can seed a long held desire, receive a vision, ask for help in some specific area of your life or simply feel the Invisible insert itself into the present moment. The revelations you receive will not come in the form of mental concepts. Rather, it will be an enhanced state of being in which you will see everything as if with new eyes. A deeper understanding of what is truly real will surround you.
The appearance of 11:11 is an always beneficial act of Divine Intervention. It tells you that it is time to take a good look around you and see what is real and what is illusory. It's time to pierce the veils of illusion which keep us bound to an unreal world. You have been chosen, because you are ready, to step into a Greater Reality. …to lead the way for others into a new way of living, into a Greater Love …to ascend from duality into Oneness. The 11:11 is the bridge between duality and Oneness. It is our pathway into the Unknown
