Simple Meditation
Have you ever wondered how/why some people always seem to get what they want? Ever wondered what led them to get it? Well the answer may be as simple as having a clear focus and having the energy to exercise that focus through meditation.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or as an end in itself.
The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices (much like the term sports) that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force (qi, ki, prana, etc.) and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of meditation aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration, single-pointed analysis, meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity including personal desires.
Reality is a mindset that is first created with a vision. The vision is set into action by energy and vibration. That action is then multiplied by the energies of others that have recognized the same energy. The forces of the combined energies are then realized and manifested into, what we call reality. Dreaming is the beginning of reality. Everything that man has done all began with a dream or vision.
Knowing the truth that all things are somehow linked together, it’s easy to believe people are also linked. We, as humans, are linked in one way or another emotionally, spiritually, ideally, socially, and even relatively. When we meditate on a thing that makes us unique as individuals, we begin to vibrate on frequencies that are recognized by others that are somewhat the same, thus attracting more of the same energies. When the energies are merged, then realization is accomplished. It all begins with simple meditation and focus on the things that makes you, you.
